10 Winter Trends: Baroque

2. Baroque

Burgundy and baroque are my two favorite trends for winter. This old and elegant pattern is very pretty whether it's for home accessories or for clothes. It makes me think of royalty. I tried to find a pair of baroque pants or a baroque shirt but i didn't find one yet. I'm still searching. But now that i have too much pants, i'm looking for a baroque t-shirt. I created 3 outfits to show how i would wear this trend.

The first look i created is a chic way to wear baroque pattern. I love this Oasis baroque dress. I like that the top of the dress is just below the neck and also the length seems to be perfect. I didn't want this look to be too chic so i paired the dress with Alexander Wang Kamilla boots. It put the right amount of edge to the outfit and it has a unique style that i find amazing. I finished the look with the Chanel cassette tape clutch because i think it's cute and funny and it had punch to the clothes.

The second look is a casual and a little boyish style. Big sweatshirts with little sentences on it are very popular and i see a lot of jumper like this on tumblr. We found the baroque pattern on these high waisted shorts. I love everything that's high waisted and baroque is one of my favorite print so that's why these shorts are made for me. To continue the relax style, i put some black converse.

The last example of outfits i would wear with the gold and black pattern is a look you can wear during the day and during the night. The principal piece of this outfit are the printed pants. It stand out and you will turn heads while wearing it. I'm really into printed pants this winter and fall so these pants pleased me. As i said in my other article, i like basic t-shirts with the logo of popular brand on it. Since the pants are already extravagant, i wanted a top that will make the look more soft. Then to add more grunge, i put Jeffrey Campbell Lita Spike shoes in black.
