Dolce & Gabbana
Dolce & Gabbana was created by two Italian designers: Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in 1985. They presented their first women’s collection in 1985 in Milan, and a year later, they open their first store. This brand is one of my favorite because in each runway, there's always two or three patterns (floral, baroque, etc) who are repeated in the outfits throughout the show. I just want to buy all their clothes! Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana also created a line called D&G. It's a more wearable and casual line where it attempts to set trends rather than follow them. In 2011, they decided to abolish this line to put more energy in the other collections (Dolce & Gabbana, D&G Junior).
Among the latest fashion show of this brand, the two i liked the most was Dolce & Gabbana's Fall 2011 Ready-to-Wear collection and Dolce & Gabbana's Fall 2012 Ready-to-wear collection. My favorite outfits for the Fall 2011 Read-to-Wear collection were the look 17 and 63. I love velvet so the all black and velvet suit was something that caught my eyes. It's a very masculine look but the adjusted jacket gives a little feminine touch. I think this look is p.e.r.f.e.c.t. From the earrings to the shoes. We can wear the clothes separately or together. I would pair the top with dark jeans and Chelsea boots for a more casual look and I would wear a jeans jacket tucked in the skirt with some delicate heels. Even if it's a fall collection you can still wear certain piece of clothes for others seasons.
For Dolce & Gabbana's Fall 2013 Ready-to-Wear collection, my favorite outfits were the look 6 and 37. Baroque is a huge trend this fall and this dress highlights it perfectly. It looks like a royal dress with the pattern, the gold, the bustier and the particular shape of the dress at the hips. This dress is so cute, elegant and feminine. If i had to go to a special occasion i would definitely wear this. I love the layers of this beige lace and of this beautiful floral pattern. The heels are also very original and they fits perfectly with the dress but I would rather put on beige high heels if i had to wear this dress.
