2013 Paris Fashion Week: Paco Rabanne

Paco Rabanne

The theme for this runway show was aviation. Some clothes were masculine but still have a feminine touch. There were not plenty of looks in this collection, only 26 which is not a lot compare to other runway shows. I chose five outfits that i liked.

Here we can see the look 2 and 7 of the Paco Rabanne Fall 2013 Ready-To-Wear collection. I find that the first outfit is so cute. It makes me think of a Parisian because of the preppy style. I like the vest. Every time i see a vest like that, i immediately like the outfit. It's a pretty mix between masculine and feminine and when it's worn with only the first button attached, it's even better because the look is totally different. I love the next outfit. First of all, right now i'm really into metallic and holographic fabric on accessories and on clothes. So i really like the material of this dress and we can't see it on this picture but it's in fact round little metallic pieces glued against each other. Also, i like that the designer added black to the front of the dress and that she incorporated a collar to the dress.

The next looks of Paco Rabanne's 2013 Paris fashion week collection are the look 1, 7 and 18. The piece i like in the first outfit is the coat. It's very original because it mixes different styles like classic and aviator. The way the collar is up in the air instead of down as normally is pretty and i also like the metallic pieces on it. In the second outfit i really like the top. Not the skirt so much. I like that the collar is in another color that the rest and that there's the little black squares in the center of the shirt. Tucked in a black pencil skirt it should look better. The boots are pretty. The last outfit is the one i like the less. The coat is pretty but i would have prefer it more adjusted at the waist like in the third look.
